He has held executive and senior management roles within complex hospitality environments, leading large multidisciplinary teams, overseeing multi-million budgets, and working closely with ownership, boards, and executive leadership. His background spans destination resorts and high-volume hospitality businesses, with a strong operational foundation built on the ground.

Pravin’s expertise lies in operational turnaround, F&B profitability, cost discipline, workforce planning, and the integration of hotel technology to improve performance and decision-making. He has worked extensively with PMS, POS, workforce planning, and performance management systems, focusing on aligning digital tools with operational reality rather than adding unnecessary complexity.

A key part of his leadership approach is team management grounded in emotional intelligence. He is experienced in building resilient teams, developing leaders, and fostering accountability and psychological safety in demanding operational environments, recognising that sustainable performance is driven by well-supported people and clear structures.

Pravin holds an MBA in Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and combines academic rigour with hands-on operational, technology-enabled, and people-centric leadership.

Ellie Barmpagiannis is a senior hospitality strategist and hotelier with extensive experience across luxury hotel development, asset management, brand repositioning and operational leadership in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Raised within a hospitality family business and actively involved in hotel operations from an early age, she brings a strong owner-led perspective to complex hospitality environments.

She has held senior leadership and advisory roles across a wide range of hospitality assets, including boutique resorts, large-scale luxury developments, mixed-use projects and turnaround investments. Her experience spans concept creation, feasibility and investment advisory, brand selection, pre-opening management, repositioning and ongoing operational oversight, working closely with owners, investors, boards and international operators.

Ellie’s expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, experience and performance. She is known for shaping clear hospitality concepts, translating vision into operational reality, and aligning brand, guest experience and financial outcomes. Her work is grounded in a holistic understanding of hospitality assets as living systems — combining commercial discipline with cultural sensitivity, sustainability and human-centred leadership.

She currently serves as Hotelier, Deputy CEO and General Manager of a landmark luxury property, leading asset performance, brand partnerships, strategic positioning and cross-functional teams. Alongside her operational role, she has acted as a development and investment strategy advisor on numerous international hospitality projects, including greenfield developments, redevelopments and portfolio valuations.

Ellie holds an MBA from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and combines academic rigour with hands-on, owner-facing leadership. Based in Europe, she works internationally with owners, investors and senior leadership teams on high-impact hospitality advisory, development and repositioning engagements.

Luca Ferrari is a young hospitality leader with international experience in different restaurants and outlets. With a background in fine dining, Michelin-star restaurants in France and Norway and luxury service, it brings strong financial knowledge and interest into one of the most fragile and costly department.

He has held different position in the kitchen department, starting from the bottom reaching Head chef position for a Michelin starred restaurant, and executive chef and F&B director later in a boutique hotel on Norwegian coasts. Dealing during his career from the simple hiring and menu creating, to event planning and marketing and sales strategy, and kitchen rebuilding, branding and designing.

Luca’s expertise lies on team leadership and building, operation optimization in the F&B department and a strong hybrid knowledge in menu designing and financial background, which optimize the profits of F&B outlets. The international background and experience, mostly European, also bring a strong asset on staff and customer knowledge.

Having sustainability, food production and sourcing as ideal, it helps bringing and building green, economical and marketable solutions in the establishments.

Luca holds a Bachelor degree in Culinary Management and University of Derby gained during his studies at Cesar Ritz, and a Master Degree in Executive Management of Hospitality from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). He combines academic interests and rigors with daily operations handling.

Mustapha Fodil is an international hospitality executive with more than 17 years of experience across finance, operations, and executive leadership within globally recognized luxury brands. His career spans Africa, the Middle East, where he has led complex hotel environments, large multidisciplinary teams, and high-value development projects.

Beginning his career in Finance with Starwood Hotels & Resorts before transitioning into Marriott International, Mustapha built a strong foundation in financial strategy, asset performance, and operational governance. He progressed from Director of Finance & Administration to Area Director of Finance & Business Support, before moving into hotel operations and senior executive leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager and General Manager.

He successfully led the opening of the first Marriott-managed property in Senegal and currently oversees the pre-opening and strategic launch of Kampala Marriott Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments marking the brand’s debut in Uganda. His leadership combines rigorous financial discipline with operational excellence, focusing on building high-performing teams, delivering brand-aligned guest experiences, and driving sustainable long-term asset value.

Mustapha’s expertise lies in complex pre-openings, owner relations, human capital strategy, and performance optimisation. Known for balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, he has led large-scale recruitment programs, operational transformations, and multi-million-dollar hospitality investments, working closely with owners, investors, boards, and international operators.

A strong advocate for people-centric leadership, he integrates transformational leadership principles with structured operational systems to create resilient organisations capable of scaling performance while maintaining brand integrity.

Mustapha holds a Diploma in Management, an MBA in Finance, and an MBA in Hospitality from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), combining academic rigour with deep operational and financial expertise.

He has held CEO and General Manager roles within complex hospitality environments, overseeing portfolios of up to eight hotels and leading multidisciplinary teams of 650+ employees. His background spans luxury resorts, city hotels, franchise conversions, pre-openings, and large CapEx renovation projects, working closely with ownership, investment funds, international brands, and executive boards.

Attila’s expertise lies in strategic development, financial optimization, turnaround management, and brand alignment. He has led high-impact negotiations and franchise agreements with major international operators, structured debt/equity scenarios to optimize investment returns, and driven operational transformations that significantly improved profitability, KPI performance, and long-term asset value.

A core strength of his leadership approach is balancing strategic vision with operational discipline. He combines rigorous P&L management, KPI systems (USALI-based reporting), and structured SOP implementation with a strong focus on team cohesion, talent development, and service-driven culture. His experience includes pre-opening and repositioning luxury properties, executing multi-million-euro renovation projects, centralizing shared services, and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with long-term brand and asset growth.

Attila holds an MBA in Hospitality from EHL Hospitality Business School (formerly École hôtelière de Lausanne), graduating with High Honors, alongside an Executive MBA in General Management. He combines academic excellence with hands-on operational depth and board-level strategic thinking.

Based in Romania, Attila works internationally with owners, investment funds, brands, and leadership teams on luxury hospitality development, repositioning, and high-performance operations.
